Our policies

Payment 

Payment is taken on collection. This is made by cash or a bank transfer.

Collection of animals 

You are welcome to collect your pets anytime between 9am-11am or 2.30-3.30pm. If you collect your pet before 11am you are not charged for the departure day. If you collect between 2.30-3.30pm you are then charged for the departure day. PLEASE NOTE WE CLOSE AT 11AM ON SUNDAY.

Please also be aware that if you collect your dog or cat early during your stay you will be billed for the entire length of stay that was originally booked and confirmed.

Arrival can be anytime within our opening hours. Sunday 9am-11am only.

​

Veterinary care

Should your pet require vet care and treatment during their stay with us, there will be an additional charge of £20 per trip to Shipston Veterinary practise. If you wish your own vet to be used (this will be stated on the consent form) we will request a call out. If its an emergency there will be a fee based on distance and time taken.

Medication

All medications, vet prescribed or herbal can be administered. There is an additional fee per pet for this service.

1-2 items per day - £1 per pet

3-4 items per day - £1.50 per pet

5-6 items per day - £2 per pet

Unfortunately, we DO NOT take diabetic animals. 

​

Trial stays

We highly encourage new dogs to come for a trial overnight stay. This is charged at £30 for one night. This allows us to ensure your dog is suitable for the kennels environment. This allows us to gauge your dogs needs and preferences. It is at our discretion to politely decline your dog should we deem them unsuitable for kennels, may that be separation anxiety, aggression, not eating. Please understand, if you choose not to do a trial stay and you arrive for your holiday and we are unable to handle your dog from you at reception due to aggression, we will refuse your dog.

We have made the decision that we will not be accepting XL bully's.

 

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate there can be unforeseen circumstances and we endeavour to be sympathetic to those.

The charges are at our discretion based on the length of the booking and amount of animals on the booking.

​

  •  If we receive 4 weeks notice of cancellation there will be no charge.

​

  • If we receive less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks it is at our discretion to charge up to 25% of your bill.

​

  • If we receive less than 2 weeks but more than 1 week it is at our discretion to charge up to 50% of your bill.

​

  • If we receive less than 1 weeks notice it is at our discretion to charge up to 100% of your bill.

​

  •  No shows will be invoiced for 100% of their bill.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

AS A DATA CONTROLLER WE USE YOUR INFORMATION IN OUR SERVICE AS A BOARDING KENNELS. THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT, AND THE BOARDING OF ALL ANIMALS IS SUBJECT TO US PROCESSING THIS INFORMATION.

WE DO NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ANYONE ELSE, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED TO DO SO BY LAW.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU, IN WHICH CASE PLEASE WRITE TO OUR DATA CONTROLLER AT OUR USUAL ADDRESS
